You should at least mention somewhere that your store has moved to another domain, it looks like you have closed, so you can lose all your customers

reminder to everyone: you have 6 hours to report any bad item for a replacement or a refund go to my orders page and click on REPORT !

50% from sellers is a little too much , also time to expire tools when buyers have been replaced is too much can cause cheating .. buyer can use the tool to its core den come again den ask for replacement or refund because of the long time expiration of bought service .. which cheats the sellers .. you should consider the method there.

noted dear thank you for the feedback we are currently working on a new shop script that will change most of those issues where we will find a formula that is fair for the buyer and the seller , also in the new script each seller will deserve a different % based on his quality , it can be from 50 to 90% , same thing for buyers based on his purchases they will have tier levels that will affect their time in reporting items

at us you have 24 hours to report some of the tools and 16 hours.
the report stay opened as long buyer confirm everything is ok sir.
we do not close
